How signing in works.
This page used to explain connecting twice and swapping a link for a token. That is gone. Connecting is now one step: add the connector, sign in, done. Connect your AI has the steps for every client.
What happens when you sign in
The first time your AI uses the connector, it opens a Presso Events sign-in window. Sign in with the email you want your tickets and payouts under. It is passwordless, and there is nothing to copy or paste.
If you are new, that first sign-in creates your organisation, named from your email address. Ask your AI to rename it to whatever your events run under. If you already have an account, the same email signs you back into it.
If it does not work
If your AI says authentication is required, the sign-in was not finished. Complete it, and the full toolset appears without reconnecting. If your AI cannot see your events, you signed in with a different email from the one holding them. Remove the connector, add it again, and sign in with the right email.
