Switching from Eventbrite, Tito or Luma

01How to switch
Five steps, most of them one sentence.
Download your attendee list
In Eventbrite, Tito or Luma, download the attendee or guest list for a past event as a CSV file. Their standard attendee exports work. Presso Events finds the email, name, company, ticket and check-in columns itself, and if it misses one, the preview shows it and your AI can name the right column.
Connect Presso Events to your AI
Add the Presso Events MCP connector to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code. You sign in the first time it connects, and that creates your account.
https://events.pressonetwork.com/mcpAttach the file and say what it was
Attach the CSV to your chat and name the event and its date, so Presso Events can file it as one edition.

Check the preview, then say yes
Presso Events shows how many people it found, which rows it left out and why, and which columns it used. Nobody is added to your list until you confirm, and the preview lasts 24 hours.

03Questions
Switching, in short.
Can I move my attendees from Eventbrite, Tito or Luma to Presso Events?
Yes. Download a past event's attendee list as a CSV, attach it to your AI with Presso Events connected, and say which event it was. Presso Events shows you what it read and adds nobody to your list until you say yes.
Does importing email my attendees or create tickets?
No. Importing sends no email and creates no tickets. It records who came to that edition so you can ask about them later.
What gets left out?
Where your export marks them, refunded and cancelled orders, waitlist entries and people who never held a place are left out. The same email appearing twice becomes one person. Rows without a usable email are listed for you to check rather than guessed.
Who can see my imported list?
Only your organisation. Imported attendees are kept per organiser and are never shared with or visible to other organisers on Presso Events.
Can I remove someone after importing?
Yes. Ask your AI to forget them. They are removed from your imported list and left out if they appear in a later import.
How big a file can I import?
Presso Events accepts up to 2 MB and 5,000 rows per file. Very large exports may need splitting into parts in some AI apps, because the AI sends the file on in one go.
Does importing cost extra?
No. Presso Events charges a flat 1% of ticket sales and nothing else. Importing and asking about past editions are included.
